Judy Klatt is from the Washington D.C. region (northern Virginia area). She began dancing at a young age and has over twenty years of experience in ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, and tap. She graduated from the University of Dallas in 2014, and has never stopped dancing or teaching since.  She continued her training after college by attending evening classes and additional training workshops both for dance as well as for teaching education. She developed the dance program at St. John Paul the Great High School in Dumfries, Virginia, as well as the dance program at the University of Dallas.

Featured in the photo above is Judy with her sister, Julie, also a dancer. They are actually not twins. They just look alike! She believes that dance is as much about being part of a family as it is being part of an artform.
